Activating Your Debit Mastercard®:

Step 1 – Activate Your Card

1. Call Telephone Banking at 888-543-5502.
2. Select option 4 for Card Services.
3. Select option 1 to Activate a Card.
4. Enter the card number you wish to activate.
5. Confirm the card number and enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).

Step 2 – Create a New PIN

1. Call Telephone Banking at 888-543-5502.
2. Select option 4 for Card Services.
3. Select option 4 to change your PIN.
4. You’ll be transferred to the PIN Now service to create a PIN for your debit card.

You’ll need to enter the following information (all values must match our records):

  • * Your debit card number
  • * Zip Code
  • * Last 4 digits of your SSN or TIN*
  • * CVV (on back of card)

Once the above information is input, you’ll be prompted to enter a new 4-digit PIN twice for confirmation.

*Business debit cardholders will need to use the business Tax ID Number that is on file with the Bank.

If you encounter any issues during the PIN setup process or if the data entered does not match our records, please contact Customer Care at 888-543-5510 during normal business hours.

Before You Travel

To help protect your account and avoid disruptions in card usage, please notify the bank before you travel. Let us know the dates and locations of your travel so we can better monitor debit and credit card activity on your account and ensure your card will work in the area you are traveling to.
