Tuesday, August 31, 2004 (Florence, SC)First Reliance Bank recently held a large indoor/outdoor reception to celebrate its 5th anniversary and show appreciation for their friends and customers.
The catered event, which was held Thursday, August 19th at the banks main campus in Florence, was attended by over 500 people ranging from the banks customers, vendors and friends to local dignitaries like Senator Hugh Leatherman.
Aside from plenty of food, the crowd was provided with gift bags that included a special 5th anniversary tee shirt among other items. Video highlights were on display along with tours of both the main office and their new multi-million dollar Technology Center.
“The reception was our way of showing our appreciation for the opportunity we’ve been given to serve the Florence community over the past five years. As our bank continues to grow, we look forward to many more years of proudly serving the community that has so overwhelmingly supported us from the beginning,” said Rick Saunders, president and CEO.
