Lee Daugherty to the position of VP Brand Image. “Lee has been a vigorous brand champion for the bank for some time. In 2006 Mr. Daugherty graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin, Graduate School of Retail Banking. Lee joined the bank in 2004 as customer relationship manager. Mr. Daugherty design and managed the startup of the Customer Care Center, then rolled out the bank’s customer relationship management system, before moving into marketing and products. His new responsibilities include design of the customer experience within the branch, internet and all other customer touch points.
