First Reliance recommends that you use your Online Banking “Alerts” feature to help monitor transaction activity on your accounts. The system provides three types of alerts:

• Account Activity Alerts — for balance thresholds, overdraft notices, transaction limits, or if a check clears.
• Messaging Alerts — for new messages sent to your online banking inbox or if there has been a change to your online service privileges.
• Security Alerts — for successful logins, security-related changes, online transfers, or debit card status changes.

It’s easy to set up an Alert:

1. Log onto Online Banking
2. Click "Settings" under the ALERTS dropdown (the BELL icon) in the top menu bar. 
3. Click "Edit" under the "I want to" dropdown beside the type of Alert you wish to setup.
4. Choose the frequency of the Alert and check the box to send the Alert to your email and/or mobile phone number.
5. Check the box for each account you want to apply the Alert to.
6. Click "Submit"

The Alerts become effective as soon as you set them up. It’s that easy!

My Spending Features:

It’s simple to enroll

1. Under the "Welcome" dropdown, click "All Services & Settings"
2. Click "Modify access & services" under Online accounts in the Preferences section
3. Click "Edit" under the "I want to" dropdown. Do this for each account you want to enroll in Bill Pay
4. Check the box to enable "Basic with Bill Pay"
5. Click "Submit"

Now you're ready to set up your payees and make payments!

Limit the risk of fraud and identity theft by receiving your First Reliance Bank statements online rather than through the mail.

Features and Benefits

• Convenience – View, save, and print your statements, without waiting for them to arrive in the mail.
• Get automatic email alerts – Set up alerts and receive an email when your statement is available online.
• Reduce the possibility of mail fraud – Get secure access to your statements through online banking and reduce the possibility of mail fraud.
• Printable Statement – View, print, or save a PDF version of your eStatement.
• Check Images – The most recent 90 days of check images are available.  Images can be downloaded for free from your online banking and are also part of your eStatement.  If you forgot to download your check images and still need a copy of one, simply contact our Customer Care Center to request a copy. Copies are $3 each, so remember to download your images monthly and avoid the fee.

Signing up is easy!

Follow these simple steps to sign up for eStatements:

1. Log onto your Online Banking
2. Click “E-Statements” on the menu bar
3. Click “Enroll Now”

Note: eStatements open in a new window. If your browser prevents them from opening, you may have to enable pop-ups for this site. 

Once you are enrolled, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered to receive the eStatements.

Use your Mobile App to deposit checks from your phone. It’s as easy as snapping a picture of the front and back of the check.

Before depositing, the back of your check must be endorsed as "For Mobile Deposit Only," incude the last 4 digits of your account number and be signed by you.

1. Login to the First Reliance Mobile Banking App [Google Play Store / Apple App Store]
2. Select "Deposit" then "Continue"
3. Snap a photo of the front and back of the check
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and your check will be deposited!

Allow for 2 business days for your mobile check to deposit.
