ATTENTION - New Information About Mortgage Payments

Beginning May 1, 2026, your mortgage loan will begin to be serviced by Standard Mortgage Corporation.

Below are some helpful details related to contacts, making payments, and accessing your account online

What You Need To Do

You will need to set up your new payment account in Standard Mortgage.

Your loan terms will NOT change.
There will be NO interruption in your payments.
This is a standard process.

Step 1
CONTINUE YOUR CURRENT PAYMENTS

Make payments to First Reliance until April 30.

Step 2
SET UP YOUR NEW ACCOUNT

Starting May 1, create your account with Standard Mortgage.

Step 3
RE-ENROLL IN AUTOPAY

Your automatic payments will NOT transfer.
You need to set them up again in your new account in Standard Mortgage.

Step 4
NEW ONLINE ACCESS AVAILABLE

Online access will be available on Standard Mortgage from May 4th onwards.

Can I still make monthly payments in person at a First Reliance Branch?

Beginning May 1, 2026, all payments will need to be made directly to Standard Mortgage Corporation, and will not be able to be processed at a First Reliance Bank branch.

Can I access my new account online?

Yes, you can access your new account beginning on or after May 4, 2026 by visiting
https://stanmor.estatusconnect.com/User/Login#/home/login and clicking on the “Register” button.

What else should I know?

Beginning on May 4, 2026, you will be able to access your new account online, setup auto-draft as
needed, and register for E-Statements.
